A delightful fully air conditioned 4 bedroom, 3-bathroom house on the edge of a peaceful conservation area, close to orange groves.

A couple of minutes walk away is a children’s play area, and for the energetic tennis and basketball courts and full sized football pitch.

The house will comfortably accommodate 10 people. Sleeping in 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized bed, 4 single beds and a queen sized sofa bed. Also available on request is a further single roll away bed and a cot.

The house has a 15’ x 30’ swimming pool and spa surrounded by a large sun deck with covered area so you can escape from the sun occasionally. During the winter months the pool can be heated for you (at a small extra charge). There are comfortable sun loungers and a BBQ if you fancy cooking out.
The kitchen if fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay as enjoyable and effortless as possible. Large fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. The utility room provides you with a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer as well as iron and ironing board.

For your added enjoyment we have made the large double garage into a games room with pool table, table tennis table and table football. A great way to unwind after a busy day or to keep the kids entertained and out of the sun for a while.
There are 4 TV’s with cable TV and DVD, video and stereo. Also a phone from which you can make free local calls. You will need to purchase a phone card to make long distance calls. For a small additional cost you can take advantage of our high speed internet access.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay as well as 2 hairdryers.
